Because of the rainy weather conditions the contest was moved to Sunday. But with some more weather delays we managed to pull a 1 run contest together. This didn’t kill the riders motivation as they were still going hard. Video: Bob Drenth.

Here is a recap from the Pro Freestyle competition at Scheveningen beach (The Hague, Netherlands). Next stop: 1 July in Heerlen. Visit Profreestyle.nl.
The Rollerblade Inline Contest was a great success, we had amazing riders present like the World Champion Roman Abrate from France, he took the lead after a very impressive run and got 1st place!
The Dutch riders were also present, they were sending it high and hard. Jelle Briggeman took 2nd place after flying high and doing the biggest bio we saw.
Sometimes the riders make it the judges very difficult, we had two riders who were both using the park to the fullest and kept going like they had unlimted energy. So the judged decided on a shared 3rd place for Sem Croft and Jaro Frijn.
So 4th place was left empty, 5th and 6th place also received a price, Tom van Hemert and Erik Droogh. We were very excited to see we also had some very young kids competing with the big boys. It seemed like they were having a blast and a great experience. The youngest skates Laus Valk is 10 years old. - Erik Droogh.

Although climate change hits all of us, we are still forced to skate indoors during wintertime over here in the Netherlands. Normally we would hit the skateparks like we did years in a row. Last winter we decided to hit a parking garage like back in the day.
After getting kicked out at the first parking garage we wanted to skate, we skated about 20 spots with our buddies. Getting kicked out from a garage didn’t happen that often, maybe 3 or 4 times in total. We mostly skated after 8 pm till midnight, after a nice day of work and a quick bite to eat off we went. Randomly visit parking garages in cities like: Amsterdam, Den Haag, Leiden, Amersfoort, ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Utrecht and our favourite P-city Haarlem. In total we’ve spend € 81,60 ($88) on parking tickets, to get about 14 minutes of footage.
Bladers: Randy Abels, Remco van der Pol, Dick Heerkens, Alexander Linde, Remy Cadier, Deveril Abels, Sven Boekhorst, Levi van Rijn, Davy Wouda, Sjoerd Peters, Wisse Ankersmit, Vivien Butot, Sem Croft, Cavin Brinkman, Robin Bosgra, Wouter Schokking & Eric van Boven.
Fifteen year old Randy Zoller from the Netherlands is back again with a new street edit for USD Skates! The young gun does not stop placing top 3 in almost every big park competition he enters, but also kills it in street. Randy is a true next generation blader & we are super stocked to see him on USD Aeon 60 & USD Carbon Free skates.
Enjoy his latest street edit, recorded in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona and some more cities. Edit by Bart Visser (Lapse Production).
Jaro Frijn made a name for himself as an up and comer in the last couple of years by winning plenty of the junior competition in the Netherlands and Germany and to top it off the Winterclash of 2016.
In between the competitions he’s been hitting the streets in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Copenhagen and plenty of other cities to bring you his street introduction for USD Skates.
