October 5th-6th 2024. Milan, Italy - During one of the heaviest rainfalls in recent Milan history, Json Adriani & co. managed to pull off a full weekend event at Idroscalo skatepark filled with multiple DIY spots. The community came together to skate, compete, and cheer each other on as well as using one of the days to create a learning environment to share an experience together within the older and newer generations.

It all started with the children putting their best efforts to create their own individual runs while everyone cheered. The ladies were up next with a format that remained for the rest of the comp: there would only be one winner for each obstacle. The pros ended the day and we all celebrated at a local bar where the winners were announced as well as the video premiere of Connect from Inferno Skate. The second day was filled with different workshops where pros were working on specific things with anyone who wanted to learn. Overall it was an amazing experience to watch everyone come together and enjoy the one thing we all love to do. Cheers!

Skaters from all over throw down in the cold for cash and glory at in Durham, NC. “The first Wintercash was a huge success! We gave out over $900 in cash and prizes”.

“This event was awesome and I am happy I ended up filming it. Shout out to all the parents. I know you’re the cool parents at school haha. I was very impressed from all the different age groups. It was a beautiful sight to see as a rollerblader of over 20 years. Speaking of long time skating shouts to Matt Mickey who did the announcing for their competition. I have been to most rollerblading contests at this point and I was just as pumped to see the little kids blading like anyone else id watch normally. It was also awesome to watch Mike French and Migel teach kids some new stuff and ideas. It was wild how fast they learned. They really did a great job so be sure to pass along that message for me. Tell them I said you all shred! haha”.

“With that keep being good parents and letting your kids shine and do whatever it is they love. Be happy and support them. Be kind but stern. Be loving and protective but also let them live a great life that they deserve. Be patient and be there for them. I am never around children so it was honestly crazy to witness so many different levels of skater. I had a blast being able to watch and take part in the event. Thanks again for having me.
