butterTV posted this 30 minute video about the 2016 edition of the The Boschi Pope Skate Off.
These are the raw cuts from the first annual The Boschi Pope Skate Off 2016 (PLAY) which took place at Hamilton Bridge Skate Park in Harlem, NY. This event came together serving as a reunion for many New York skaters as well as many from all around the United States. All footage is shot on a Canon C100 Mark II in C-Log and it is not color graded. Enjoy! — JP.

New York City | Puerto Rico | Arizona - Never pressured for a deadline, we began this project during the height of the pandemic and slowly gathered clips over a two year period whether it was meeting up for an hour to get a quick clip on a street lamp that fell down in the middle of a highway or booking a trip to another state to take it easy and get what we can when we felt like it.
Nothing short of good times with Austin Paz, the multiple people that tagged along with us through this piece, and the many slices of pizza that came with it. Cheers! - butterTV.

Had the chance to catch up with Billy O’Neill over some drinks while he visited home for EMoney’s
memorial event. And yea, we got a little skating in while we had the opportunity. Always a pleasure and always a good time. See you again soon. Cheers! - butterTV.
San Diego/ Los Angeles California - November 2021. While traveling to SoCal to cover the tenth annual Blading Cup event, we teamed up with Justin Brasco along the way for another fun short piece. Filming with a broken hand and on a whim with last minute planning, I’d say we did pretty good with this one. Justin has been a frequent mainstay here on butterTV and we have plenty more in the works so stay tuned. Cheers! - ButterTV.com.

“We used to struggle. Three thousand dollars, two thousand dollars to do this event. We raised twenty-three thousand plus for prize money. Anyway just wanted to say thank you, it’s been a grind, things have changed, rollerblading’s alive.” - Jon Julio.
Santa Ana, California - November 6th-7th, 2021. After a year off due to circumstances of the pandemic, The Blading Cup returns and what a year it was. With the support of all the vendors and sponsors this event reached a new level. All the skaters in attendance put on one hell of a show and the energy from the crowd was incredible. As always, big thanks to Jon Julio and co. for putting together another amazing event this year which marks number ten for Blading Cup. See you all in April for the Spring Cup. - butterTV.

“I’m a very old person and I still rollerblade and it’s great”. - Philip Moore.
Denver, Colorado - September 25, 2021. A week after the Bay Area Skate Series and we’re back on the west coast for another street competition. With cool fresh air and beautiful mountains looming in the background; it was a perfect day for a contest. As usual, nothing short of good times and good vibes. Shout out to the organizers for keeping one of the longest run street comps alive and well, everyone who came out and to everyone who skated. Cheers!

O’ahu, Hawaii - April 2021. What an amazing trip. We teamed up with the boys from Jump Street Podcast, Austin Paz and Billy O’Neill, and paid a visit to our brother Franco Cammayo who moved out to the island of O’ahu to serve for the U.S. Army. There, we linked up with the local scene and made some incredible memories from skating ditches and schools to the days where we hung out, had some beers, and took in all the scenery.
Hawaii is exactly what you think it is… beautiful. The people treat eachother, as well as treated us, like one big family and you really do get that welcoming feeling from the very start. I personally look forward to going back as often as possible and I hope to see more articles, like the be-mag piece, and more content coming from the islands as the scene continues to thrive with its amazing skaters and personalities. One love. Cheeee! Visit Buttertv.com.

Chicago, Illinois — July 17th, 2021. Year twenty! WOW! The riot is known for it’s big prize pot and this year was no surprise as first place took home 3K! Four skate locations with some unique approaches like setting up a wooden box to a square handrail or just gaping onto a kinked down ledge. The skating was entertaining and the crowd, as usual, was full of life.
We got kicked out of the final spot but as the campus police were there, the show ended with a banger that was later awarded with a best trick prize. Another great year at the riot and another win for the Chicago scene. Cheers! Visit Buttertv.com.
“It’s a moving, drunk, street fest/ party of rollerbladers and it’s the best collection of people I think that probably exists anywhere”. — Brandon Lorenzo.
