Back in 2016 I went to San Antonio, TX to film with Ian Freunscht for the full length I was working entitled Moments In Time.
While out there stacking clips with him, Kevin Little, Jacob Cantu, and Jaquan Owen came out and sessioned with us. This is the project that followed from filming with those dudes! Enjoy! - Brandon Andersen.
Showcasing only a portion of the Dallas rollerblading scene. Additional filming by Jason Reyna and John Sullivan. More to come soon. Keep it Rolling!
Song: Mystic Braves - Hanging Round.
Brady Creek Johnston with some clips from a few sessions. He is my favorite person to blade with and you can see why in his blading. - Troy Maimone.
Filming: Troy Maimone, John Sullivan & Jason Reyna. Edit by: Troy Maimone. Song: Useless Eaters - Addicted to the blade. Photo
Footage compiled in Dallas, TX during the years of 2005 to 2009, which ended up in the videos 2Feet to Fade Nation’s Green. Shot - Lonnie Gallegos. Keep your eyes peeled for F33T.5. - Chris Farmer.
“Skated the mini for an hour. Watched Mick”. - Cody Sanders. Ft. Cody Sanders, Mick Casals & Cory Cross.
Matt Bright moved down to San Angelo, TX last year and we immediately became great friends. He is one of the most humble and inspiring skaters that I have been around. His bag of tricks is very deep and he is constantly learning some crazy trick I didn’t know he was capable of.
I am proud to be able to make Matt’s first profile. Welcome to the Texas family, Matt! We are glad to have you. - Kevin Little.
This is Wes Phelan blading a few parks around the Dallas metroplex. He has more energy and motivation to go blade than anyone else in our scene and it’s a great thing to be apart of. Thanks to Wes for doing this project with me and John Sullivan and Jason Reyna for helping me shoot. - Troy Maimone.
The Donate and Skate was originally planned to be at a skatepark in the small town of Seguin, TX, but the rain had different plans for us.
The organizers reconvened underneath a covered area in a park down the street, scavenged a box and a p-rail from the locals and game on. There was a great turn out for such a weird location. The competition was stacked.
Heavy hitters Andrew Broom and Mason Richard had their eyes on the gold medal this year, as did many other young hopefuls. The edit does this competition no justice. So many clips were missed.
Intense battles between competitors. Valo flow team rider Andrew Broom going head to head against TX legend Michael Kraft. A true test of endurance and attrition.
But it was the dark horse, Foogie, who rose to glory. Sweeping the crowd off its feet with his deep vocabulary of tricks and unmatchable style, his performance will not be quickly forgotten. The recent Colorado transplant was recently picked up newly formed skate empire “curb killa clique”. Be on the look out for this one. Congratulations to all in attendance.
