This is the USD Aeon 80. It is the perfect combination between free skating and aggressive. You have 80mm wheels which is the standard on freeskates so you can still stairbash and do slides, but on top of that you can also grind.
So you can mix in with your normal skate routes a few grinds or you can also learn aggressive skating without having to have 2 pairs of skates. It has got a groove and a soulplate and so you can mix in a lot of tricks you couldn’t do on a freeskate but also not get tired as you would on an aggressive skate, the perfect combination of the two.
The great thing is that you have 80mm wheels so it feels like a distance or fitness skate but if you see a little step like this you can throw in a grind! It’s a great way to transition from freeskate or fitness to aggressive (and vice versa) For example you can stall, find the plate, Then jumping Then you can do it grinding! So you’re skating, you find a skatepark, and then you go - Oh! I’ll do another trick! - Oli Benet.
Tomek Przybylik got his feet in a first pair of USD Aeon 80 skates and took them for a ride at SkateInPark in Poland. A beyond fast rolling setup combined with Tomo´s FlicFlac-park skills, bravo!

Xsjado is dead! but USD is alive and healthy, and Shadow is one of their new models. Basically USD used the old xsjado molds and made a few changes to make a skate that acording to everyone who tried them work way better. I’m excited to try them. - Ricardo Lino.
