For his Remz Pro Introduction, Jo Zenk teamed up with close friends Eugen and Daniel Enin to present the new and highly anticipated Remz HR 2.0. Shot within 6 days during October 2017 in 4K on Sony A7S II and edited by Daniel Enin.
“When Daniel offered to help me shooting this project for Remz I couldn’t be happier. I had an amazing time shooting with the homies working on a productive and professional level with Daniel. It is amazing to work with people I completely trust in what they do to let me focus on my part completely and it turned into my favorite project so far. I couldn’t be happier with what he came up with and the result speaks for itself.” - Jo Zenk.
This new HR2.0 is our latest blend of technique style and comfort, a true weapon in disguise flowing straight from the brand’s long line of proven and innovative ideas.
We kept the design fresh and streamlined and put together an all new liner with updated support & comfort, but less bulk.
We also reinforced the patterns all around and went with a new ankle strap system for a snugger fit (the skate stays compatible with buckles if you’d rather go that way), and plenty more tasty goodies!
The Remz solid one piece soul frame offers a smooth grind and as always with our renowned classic Remz models the skin and plastic components are connected together to give this new High Resiliency 2.0 skate the renowned and unique remz “freedom of feet” support/ flex combination, unique hybrid hard/ soft boot technology.
The Remz HR2.0 comes fully loaded with Ground Control FeatherLite 3 frames and top shelf GC 64mm wheels w/ anti rocker setup.
Features:
- New High Resilience design
- Original Remz freedom-of-feet skate concept
- New ergonomic Remz liner ft/ Neoprene toe box
- High impact shock absorber
- One piece Soul Frame
- Ground Control FLT 3 frame
- 64mm GC wheels

A rainy day at the USD/ Powerslide HQ turned into a chocolate flavored skatepark session with USD’s Eugen Enin & Sam Crofts, thanks to Bayreuth’s Schokofabrik. Luckily, Daniel Enin & Mark Heuss captured some moves of the two, including a quick guest appearance of Mister Borklyn Zoo himself.
“Last month I popped out to HQ to address a few things… Hoped to blade outside but it rained everyday, luckily Eugen Enin, Daniel Enin and I managed to link up with Mark Heuss and grab a quick hour at the local indoor park. Cheers to the owners for letting us have the place to ourselves for a bit!” - Sam Crofts.

October 2017 it is? The release date announced by Kato a month ago seems quite accurate.
“Meanwhile in Seattle, Mr Josiah Blee cruising his local spots on the new Remz HR!”
Check the Video on Instagram.
Dustin Hoffman: When’s the new skates coming out?
Remz: New blades are on the boat so its soon now!
Previously: Remz sold out?
Quoting Quoting Kato / Remz:
September 7, 2017: Few manufacturing delays but things are on their way. October it shall be! One love. So… people be like… Are you guys sold out? … We are!
Answering some questions:
DAN BARNES: Let’s have some transparency. What’s going on with this company? When were the last run of skates produced? Who’s on the team?
Remz: We’re gonna announcing the official team with the new website when the new HR drops my friend. Should be october.
It’s always hard to come up with precise dates with manufacturing but doing our best. What else… We drop about a skate a year, few months late on this one tho (Blees were out last year in May I think). Thanks peace!
Eugen Enin on 72 Aeon. After all the fun with the first 72 video Eugen got himself the grey version and did it again! He chose the perfect spots to show how useful this setup is. especially for the bad german ground conditions. Cam and cut by Daniel Enin.
